Sushi Video

In some places (mostly in Japan where sushi is really popular) there is a new kind of sushi bar. Old sushi bars are like a traditional bar where the patrons sit at a long counter and the chef(s) serve them. The new type of bar has the chefs in the kitchen and they mass produce the sushi and put it on a conveyer belt. Someone put a camera on the belt. It's cool to see everyones face and reaction as it moves around this Tokyo sushi bar.

That's pretty cool! I'd be one of them with my mouth full...after having taken too big a bite. ;-)

I make a pig out of myself whenever I go out (or make sushi) I would totally be the dude with the crazy hair chewing away!

Awesome!

We don't have conveyor belts, we have boats... sushi boats at Ichibans

Sushi boats are my favorite. I think they are the coolest way to serve sushi. I'd like to get a few. But they are quite expensive (for one worth owning) so it will be a while until I get one.

DM- I can't wait! (will you sign it?) I'll be the envy of sushi connoisseurs and bibliophiles the world over.

You sir, shall receive the first copy, just by asking, and yes, I would be delighted.

How would you like it signed?

Doctor Mom or
Queen of Everything?
